There is a “temporary” community centre on the 1st floor of Building “B” which will be available for use by residents from the end of February 2010. A variety of activities / resources will be available including cards; a small library; big screen TV with Sky and this area will have sufficient space catered functions to occur.

Floor Plan – these are scanned in and are indicative of what we are thinking of providing. We hope to begin construction on this massive complex, towards the end of this year with construction taking approximately 1 year.

Availability

Building B will come on stream at the beginning of March – there are 7 of the 14 apartments sold currently.

Open days will be planned in March for people to view the finished apartments

Staff are on site every day and the Show Units are available for viewing from:

9am – 4.30 pm Mon – Friday
11am – 4pm Sat, Sun & Public Holidays.
